Day 14 - A Fresh Anointing

Take time today to ask God for a fresh anointing. Too many people have great things to say about things that happened 15 years ago. God wants to do something in your life right now! The best things that have ever happened in your life are ahead of you. In order to make room for the best, you can’t live off of old oil. Can you imagine NEVER changing the oil in your car!? Your engine would cease and your vehicle would be USELESS. It’s the same with God’s children. We need FRESH oil to take us to the places we’ve never been.

““But my horn shall you exalt like the horn of a wild ox: I shall be anointed with fresh oil.””

— Psalm 92:10

“ “He is ready to separate the chaff from the wheat with his winnowing fork. Then he will clean up the threshing area, gathering the wheat into his barn but burning the chaff with never-ending fire.”

Prayer & Confession: 

“Father I thank you for the wonderful things you’ve done in my life, but I know the best is ahead of me. Pour out your fresh oil on my life. Let that oil burn out every unproductive thing in me. Let your fresh oil do away with anything that would lead to my destruction and demise. Burn up the chaff in me,  O Lord! Clean up everything that doesn't belong. Every tree planted by the devil, be uprooted now, In Jesus Name! Increase your favor and grace upon my life. Give me the grace to pray without ceasing and grace to hunger for your Word. I receive your favor upon my life. Thank you, that the things that haven't worked for me before will begin to flourish this year. In Jesus precious name!”

Do Something:

In your time of prayer and fasting find 5 scripture to meditate on this week. If you're in need of a healing, a financial breakthrough, a restored marriage, whatever it is, stand on the Word. Knowing what belongs to you is your first step towards total freedom. Stand on God’s Promises!

Day 7 - I Receive The Answers To My Question!

Congratulations on a week of prayer and fasting! Continue on with this fast. Don’t give up. If you broke fast prematurely get back on it! There is a tangible POWER that comes when you kill your flesh. Let your spirit be made strong! 

Did you know every question in your life can have an answer? That saying “We don't know why God does things but we’ll find out when we get to heaven” is a hoax. It’s the lazy man's way of putting everything on God. In your time of prayer and fasting, God will reveal to you great and mighty things! Things you’ve never known will be revealed to you. You don't have to live life with no vision or direction. There doesn't need to be question marks in your life. You can live with ASSURANCE! 2017 will bring you the answers to your life’s questions in Jesus Name!

““Call to Me and I will answer you, and I will tell you great and mighty things, which you do not know.”

Prayer and Confession:

“Father I thank you for your goodness. You’re a good Father! A Father who doesn't want me to live a life full of questions and uncertainty. I thank You that as I call on You, You will answer me! As I look to You, You show me the path to take. I refuse to live with questions in my life! I will wake up with an assurance of who I am and who You’ve called me to be! No more fog, my path will be clear! In Jesus Name!”

Do Something:

Write down the questions you want to be answered and CALL ON GOD. Go into the throne room with certainty that God will bring your answers. Remember, God won't withhold any good thing from those who love Him! Once you get your answer PRAISE Him like a madman!

Day 1 - No Ups And Downs

Starting the year off with prayer and fasting is an absolute must for every believer who wants their upcoming year to be consecrated and reserved for God’s presence. For the next 21 days, we will be praying specific points directly from the Word of God over our lives and family. 
That “new year, new you” policy is hogwash if you have no intention of DOING something to change. Most people will buy a journal, jot down the things they want to see changed, then do nothing (and I mean NOTHING) about it throughout the year. Don’t be that person. In this time of prayer and fasting, God will speak to YOU! He’ll tell you things to change, things to do, people to avoid and people to cling on to. Listen to His voice then DO WHAT HE SAYS. Things won’t progress in your life until you do the last thing God told you to do. He wants to speak to YOU. He wants to give YOU a message. He wants to direct YOUR steps. Too many people do what other people are doing instead of listening to God’s voice for their life. Take these next few weeks to hear what God is saying to you.

Here is a guide for your 21 days of prayer and fasting. Read the Scripture, pray the prayer and finish it by praising and thanking God for it. Don’t forget to write down the things God is saying to you! If you stick with this plan, 2017 will be a guaranteed success. In Jesus name!

Prayer & Confession:

“Father, allow me to hear your voice clearly this year. Speak to me and show me what I should do. Let your wisdom leads me on a straight path. I will never be confused again. I won’t go to the left. I won’t go to the right. I’ll go on the straight path you’ve created for me to go on. Thank you for your help. Thank you for speaking to me. Thank you that I’ll make progress every day this year. I will have no setbacks. There will be no speed bumps. Thank you for explosive progress! In Jesus name!”

What is God telling you to do? Write it down and make plans to start ASAP. Don’t forget to thank Him for the blueprint for 2017. Do a little dance in advance!
